I agree to all the terms and conditions listed below:

• Confirm that I am willing to fully participate in this course.
• Agree to pay all of the relevant fees, and that there is no refund.
• Agree to take full responsibility for my actions and opinions.
• I understand that TranceLibrary.com by NLP Supremacy, LLC (hereafter “NLP Supremacy”) reserves the right to cancel any client/student for violating any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement without any refund.

• Payment of the requisite fee above is an offer by you to enter into a binding contract with us, which NLP Supremacy LLC is free to accept or decline at our absolute discretion.
• NLP Supremacy reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. I will be subject to the Terms (including policies and procedures) in force at the time that you enroll in a course with NLP Supremacy.
• If I do not provide NLP Supremacy with the requisite information, or I provide NLP Supremacy with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, NLP Supremacy may make an additional administration charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required, or may at its option, choose to cancel this Agreement. 
• By completing this purchase, I understand I am making a financial commitment to pay the published fees, subject to my eligibility for the enrolled course.
• Deposits and all payments are non-refundable, regardless if I have begun any training or coaching with NLP Supremacy or not.
• All course bookings are subject to availability. NLP Supremacy reserves the right to keep a modular booking on hold until the start date of the relevant module.
• I am liable for any bank charges incurred by NLP Supremacy for any payment of fees.
• Payments made by credit card or debit card maybe subject to a 3% charge.
• NLP Supremacy reserves the right to change or modify the enrolment fees for coaching and trainings for future offerings without notice. This will not affect those who have already enrolled in the course and paid at the agreed rate.
• Where payments are made by agreed installments and those installments have not been paid on the due date, NLP Supremacy reserves the right to withhold the release of certification, examination results and/or delay the support work until outstanding sums are paid. No refund of any course fees paid by you will be made. 
• No support of any kind is guaranteed, NLP Supremacy reserves the right to revoke all support for any reason at any time.
• I understand that Trainer/Coach is not providing psychological or medical advice and that Coaching should in no way replace sound treatment from a licensed health care provider. Your Coach is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Master's in Family Therapy (MFT), or a Master's in Social Work (MSW). The services you receive are not licensed in this state, nor are they regulated by a governmental body. We will always provide only those services in which we have been trained, and if we find that we cannot help you, we will refer you to licensed personnel who can assist you.
• Training location may be different each time. I understand and agree to be courteous, respectful and take total responsibility for your own well being. I take full responsibility for any damage or problem caused by me. NLP Supremacy is not responsible or liable for any safety issue or problems regardless of location.

Fully Invested

• I understand and agree to be fully invested, emotionally and mentally. The level of investment has a dramatic impact on the speed and magnitude of a successful outcomes.

• I understand that the results of any training will depend on my ability to take action and to follow the training / coaching plan to the best of my abilities, communicate clearly, and to take responsibility for the results achieved and NLP Supremacy can only facilitate. The responsibility for making the processes work is mine alone as no one else can do them for me.

• I agree that I may be assigned tasks to be done in between coaching sessions, and that I will give my best effort to fulfill these tasks. I further agree that if tasks are not done, the outcome of the training cannot be predicted.

• I understand that there is no guarantee on coaching, and the result is fully dependent on my willingness to follow direction during the training and take action towards the tasking and the end goal. 

• Once the training begins, I will finish it.

• I agree that NLP Supremacy may utilize unconventional methods to assist me, and I agree to be committed to the process. I further understand that I may be tested by my trainer, my circumstances and life from time to time, and these tests may not be obvious to me, however I agree to continue and stay committed regardless.

• I understand and agree that there may be times that the NLP Supremacy will push and pull me mentally and emotionally for the purpose of successful outcome, and I will stay committed to the process, even if I experience any amount of discomfort.

NON-REFUNDABLE Policy and Changes by NLP Supremacy, LLC

If circumstances arise that are beyond the control of NLP Supremacy, it may be necessary from time to time to change/cancel course dates, content, venues and prices from those published. Whilst NLP Supremacy will make every effort to transfer my training enrollment fees to the next available course, it should be noted that NLP Supremacy will not be held liable for any costs/losses incurred as a result of any such changes. 

We may move trainings to virtual or live locations and NLP Supremacy reserve the rights to do so.

 I agree that there is absolutely no refund available UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE for any of the services including this training / coaching and all past and future trainings and coaching, whether I get the agreed-upon result or not. This is because NLP Supremacy and any of its staff is just a guide throughout the process, and I am 100% responsible for the outcome. If I decide to give up (before the training, or during the training, or after the training), or not follow instructions from the trainer, or not finish tasking on-time, I am still responsible to pay the entire amount as agreed upon in this agreement.

All payment of any amount will not be refundable for any reason. This is by design to create complete commitment.

NLP Supremacy reserves the right to remove from any course, students that fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. NLP Supremacy reserves the right to refuse enrolments and/or suggest alternative arrangements if NLP Supremacy believes that it will not be in the best interests of other participants and/or the individual enrolled in one of our courses.

Code and Conduct

• As a client/student of NLP Supremacy LLC, I am solely responsible for my own communications and am responsible for the consequences of them. I will ALWAYS BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL WITH MY LANGUAGE and MY COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER STUDENTS AND ALL NLP SUPREMACY STAFF.
• Students will normally be provided with the course material by NLP Supremacy LLC. I agree tonot share my course material with anyone else for the purpose of utilization. Course material copyright protected, and NLP Supremacy is prepared to enforce its rights if any person(s) other than NLP Supremacy students are found to be utilizing such material. If I violate these terms, I will pay the legal fees and all the damages caused to NLP Supremacy LLC.
• If any part of this agreement is void, all the other parts of the agreement should remain in force.
• NLP Supremacy and / or any of its staff, members and managers are not responsible for my items and personal belongings that I bring to the training or coaching or any meeting. I agree to hold NLP Supremacy harmless and indemnify NLP Supremacy for any loss of personal items or belongings. 
• In consideration of being allowed to use the materials (including the web site) provided by NLP Supremacy, I agree that I will abide by these terms and conditions and in general will not:

• Harass any other course member or staff member.
• Use the material for any other purpose in violation of this agreement.
• Post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Post material that is abusive, defamatory, embarrassing, harassing, hateful, inflammatory, obscene or threatening to any other member or NLP Supremacy staff member.
• Conduct any other activity that NLP Supremacy considers detrimental to the successful operations of NLP Supremacy, other clients or the NLP Supremacy LLC cause.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLP Supremacy, its officers and directors, employees and its affiliates and their respective successors and assigns and each other person, if any, who controls any thereof, against any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expense whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any and all expenses whatsoever reasonably incurred in investigating, preparing or defending against any litigation commenced or threatened or any claim whatsoever) arising out of or based upon any false representation or warranty or breach or failure by me to comply with any covenant or agreement made by me herein or in any other document furnished by me to any of the foregoing in connection with this transaction. 

If I have a dissatisfaction about any products or services provided by NLP Supremacy I will contact NLP Supremacy via email to [email protected]. Any complaints will be considered and addressed by NLP Supremacy.

Any material, recording, or digital material are not to be shared, I agree to keep them private and not share anywhere on the internet or distribute anywhere in the physical universe. These materials are for personal usage.

I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above terms and conditions in this entire agreement.
